The Surigao City and Surigao del Norte Golden Mentors Association, Inc. (SCNGMAI) was formally founded on February 15, 1998 by Dr. Leonila "Laila" Crisologo Sanchez, with Luciano Beltran serving as its first President.
As an accredited Civil Society Organization (CSO), Golden Mentors works alongside local government units and partner agencies to promote the health, welfare, and dignity of retired educators across Surigao City and Surigao del Norte.
Our membership is composed of retired teachers, school administrators, and senior educators from across the province — united in the shared mission of fellowship, wellness, and continuing service to community.
Wellness Programs

Foundation of Golden Mentors
